Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern warranty services provided by SNP Distribution and apply to all warranty claims submitted through this portal. By submitting a claim, you agree to these terms.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship as specified by the product manufacturer or the purchase agreement. Remedies may include repair or replacement at SNP Distribution's or the manufacturer's discretion. Coverage is valid only for products within the applicable warranty period and with valid proof of purchase.
Claim Process
To submit a claim, provide a completed claim form, proof of purchase (invoice/receipt), and any requested product information. Devices must be delivered to an authorized service center when requested. All claims are subject to inspection and verification. Typical response and repair timelines vary; customers will be notified of estimated turnaround times after inspection.
Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, SNP Distribution's liability for any claim related to warranty service is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the faulty product. SNP Distribution is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

Not Covered Under Warranty
While we strive to cover as much as possible under our warranty, certain types of malfunctions and damages fall outside of this coverage. In such cases, you may need to consider our paid repair services:
- Accessories and bundled products not manufactured by MECHREVO.
- Absence of a warranty certificate or purchase invoice for your MECHREVO laptop.
- The entire machine or its components being outside the warranty period.
- Repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel or methods not approved by MECHREVO.
- Issues caused by accidental factors or user error, such as mishandling, improper voltage, or liquid intrusion.
- Damage from using non-MECHREVO accessories.
- Problems arising from unlicensed software, uncertified third-party applications, or viruses.
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches, cracks, or bumps on the LCD screen, as well as brightness or darkness variations within acceptable limits.
- Damages due to unforeseen events, such as natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, fires).
Important Information to Enhance Your Experience
- Prioritize Your Data Security: Protect your valuable information by regularly backing it up. Please remember, MECHREVO does not offer data backup or recovery services, and we cannot assume responsibility for any lost data. Take action to safeguard what matters to you!
- Clarify Seller Promises: When acquiring your MECHREVO computer, be aware that the seller might introduce non-MECHREVO hardware or software or make additional promises. It’s essential to verify that any commitments beyond our standard terms are solely the responsibility of the seller. To avoid misunderstandings, request written confirmation of these promises.
- Understand LCD Screen Standards: While some bright or dark spots may occasionally appear on LCD screens, this is a common characteristic due to manufacturing processes. According to the national standard (GB/T9813-2000), it's normal for a 14.1" TFT LCD screen to have fewer than 10 dots. Rest assured, MECHREVO laptops adhere to warranty standards that meet or exceed these guidelines, ensuring you receive a quality product.
- Handle with Care: Your LCD screen deserves gentle handling. It is important to avoid bumps or drops, as any visible damage from external impacts will not be covered under our warranty. Treat your laptop with respect to ensure its longevity and performance.
- Battery Care: To ensure optimal performance, charge your new batteries immediately upon purchase. This first charge is critical, and the time it takes will vary by model. Fully depleting the battery is a common occurrence, and you will typically receive a low-voltage warning signal when it’s time to recharge. By consistently allowing the battery to fully discharge before recharging, you can significantly extend its lifespan. Remember to charge the battery at room temperature and keep the contacts clean for the best connection. It's essential to avoid charging or using the battery before it’s fully discharged or fully charged, as this practice can harm the battery’s memory effect over time and ultimately shorten its life. Even if complete discharges aren’t feasible every time, strive for a thorough discharge and recharge at least once a month. If the battery does develop a memory effect, performing several full charge and discharge cycles can help improve its condition, though it won’t completely restore it. Always ensure the battery does not come into contact with metal objects to avoid short-circuiting the terminals.
- Keep in mind that batteries are consumables, and it's completely normal for their lifespan to decrease gradually with use. This natural decline in battery performance is not covered under warranty, so taking care of your battery is essential for maximizing its longevity and effectiveness.
- Please note that malfunctions of the included optical and floppy disk drives resulting from external factors (such as detached optical or floppy heads, broken drive latches, detached panels, or significant damage from impacts) are not eligible for coverage under our free warranty. We want to ensure your devices remain in top condition, so please handle them with care.
- Similarly, malfunctions of the included keyboard caused by external factors (like detached keycaps or broken interlocking mechanisms) will not be covered by the free warranty. Taking good care of your keyboard will help maintain its functionality and longevity.
- For the included power adapter, keep in mind that malfunctions arising from external factors (such as severely worn output cables (exposed wires), cracked casings, or detached or broken cables) are not covered by our free warranty. Ensure the safety of your power adapter by using it wisely and preventing wear.
- To protect your device, do not plug or unplug the serial port, parallel port, or host power input connector while the power is on. Doing so may lead to damaging these ports or even burning out the host. If this happens, MECHREVO Ltd. cannot provide warranty coverage. Your careful handling is essential for avoiding such issues.
- Finally, please be aware that any parts replaced during repairs within the warranty period will remain the property of MECHREVO. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide quality service and maintain the integrity of our products.
